Returns & Refund Policy

We hope that you will be fully satisfied with your order.

However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please notify us within 7 days of your receipt of goods. This applies to all the below.

We want to make it as easy as possible for you to be satisfied. 

Please note: This only applies to products purchased off the White Orchid Wellness online store. If you purchased the goods from a retailer, please contact them directly. 

1. Returns and refunds: 
If you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept a return of an unused and unopened product within 7 days (excluding shipping as we are unable to refund the initial shipping cost of your order).

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund (up to 10 business days). 

Discounted items are not eligible for a return.

White Orchid Wellness will not issue refunds for products purchased through other entities.

Returned items must be delivered to us unused, unopened, in original packaging and in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for refund or be subject to a restocking fee. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.

We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery.

We aim to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. All goods will be inspected on return.

2. Defective or incorrect items: 

Please inspect your goods once you receive them and contact us within 7 days at info@thewhiteorchid.co.za if they are defective, damaged or the incorrect item. 

We will collect the product from you at no charge. Once we have inspected it for ourselves we will then deliver the correct product to you if available or either refund or credit your account within 10 working days.

Please note lelive tubes are made of aluminium and are sometimes dented. This in no way affects the efficacy of the product. Slight dents do not count as a damaged or defective product.

All of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

In the event the package is damaged during shipping you may return your unused candle(s) for a full refund of your purchase price, less shipping and handling within 7 days of delivery. 
Otherwise, returns and/or exchanges are not accepted on Lumiere by Casey Jeanne candles.
